For Spring Summer 2025, Liberty Fabrics cordially invited you to join them as they raise the curtain on Retold, a 150-year anniversary theatrical spectacular. Divided into four acts - The Stage, The Cast, The Audience, The Next Act – this collection goes behind scenes of the iconic Tudor building and into the eclectic emporium where our story is retold. Crafted from two timber ships, the Liberty flagship forms the perfect stage to welcome this play’s cast of influential characters who have paved the way for an array of artistic movements. Dressed to entice and delight its viewers, from music legends and models to writers and actors, Liberty’s customers are our most inspiring muse. Whoever steps through the elaborate façade is taken on an extraordinary journey of magic, mystery, and charm. Finally, as we move onto the next act, a new generation of designers begin to experiment with the boundaries of technology and art.

Incorporating new neon-based dyes, our much-loved classic Thorpe takes a digital leap while maintaining Liberty’s quintessential style, almost six decades since its creation. Lord Thorpe is part of The Next Act of Retold where, in celebration of 150 years, we look to where our future waits in the wings - from digital imaginings to celebrated classics in contemporary guises, the new generation of designers experiment with the boundaries of the relationship between art and technology.

Liberty Tana Lawn is a fabric built by obsession, perfected into a modern masterpiece of production through a bespoke process that has evolved over a century. Printed in Liberty's own Liberty Printing Mill in northern Italy, Tana realises unmatchable fluidity with a silk-like touch, unique print quality and striking colour vibrancy. Machine washable and durable enough for daily wear, it is perfect for both simple separates and spectacular statement pieces.
